Since its publication in 1995, the Coffee Taster’s Flavours Wheel was named to be one of the most iconic resources in the coffee industry, for more than two decades, it has been the industry’s standard.

 This indispensable resource was upgraded in partnership with World Coffee Research (WCR). The foundation of this work, the World Coffee Research Sensory Lexicon, is the product of a vast number of professional sensory panellists, scientists, coffee buyers, and roasting companies collaborating via WCR – World Coffee Research and SCA – Specialty Coffee Association.

 This is the most tremendous and most collaborative piece of research on coffee flavour completed, inspiring a new set of terms for industry professionals.

 Coffee blends are made, taking into consideration green beans sensory smells and certain characteristics for the most elegant blend..

ROASTING

Our specialty roasting methods are implemented using the most advanced equipments, each batch is freshly roasted for the quality signature blend.

GRINDING

Grinding coffee is one of the most important factor for the end taste and brew, we use high tech,advanced grinding machines of Swiss-Italian precision.

BREWING

At anytime, we are prepard to serve our customers with a fresh coffee brew according to their wish as well as offering all types of brewing machines for our customers convenience.

TRADING

Through our vast  network of contacts, we are able to serve all of our customers in terms of importing and exporting green coffee beans to serve our business and all other roasteries interested in importing.
